5. Provide regular feedback to you from REALTOR® showings.
6. Present and evaluate all contracts offered on your property; negotiate all contracts; arrange presentation and delivery of all offers.
7. Arrange inspections.
8. Assist you in arranging for deed preparation.
9. Follow up with details and keep you informed as we move from contract acceptance to closing; assist you with paperwork, monitor all inspections and attend to details necessary to close the sale; fax documents to closing agent/attorney, lender, and REALTOR® for purchaser; make sure keys are transferred to purchaser.
